  3. See the file "Intro.txt" in the "PC" directory for information
  4. about the contents of the CD-ROM.

  6. Getting Started:(DOS)
  7.         1. You must be in the drive that contains the CD.
  8.             (Do this by typing the letter that is the CD drive,
  9.             E.G. type "D:"
  10.         2. Type "NEWS" to launch TextWare.
  11.         3. Hints and tips:
  12.             * press F1 for on-line help.
  13.             * press the escape key to back out of an operation.
  14.             * a menu bar with quick commands is located at the bottom
  15.               of the screen.
  16.         4. For more detailed help, open the on line TextWare Manual 
  17.             or see the "INTRO.TXT" file in the "PC" directory.
  18. -OR-
  19. WINDOWS
  20.     1. You must be in the dirve that contains the CD.
  21.             (Do this by typing the letter that is the CD drive,
  22.             E.G. type "D:"
  23.     2. Type "INSTALL" at the DOS prompt to install Newsbytes in Windows
  24.     -Or- While in Windows:
  25.     1.  In the Windows Program Manager, choose "Run" from the file menu.
  26.     2.  Type "(drive):\INSTALL"  to install Newsbytes in Windows.
  27.                     e.g. type "D:\INSTALL"
  28.     -OR- In the File Manager: double click on the file "Install.exe" on the root.
